Job Description

Responsibilities

  • HubSpot Systems & Integration Management: Serve as the primary administrator for HubSpot Marketing Hub, Sales Hub, and Operations Hub.
  • Own HubSpot architecture including properties, objects, lifecycle stages, pipelines, and permissions.
  • Run integrations between HubSpot and connected systems (e.g., Salesforce, data enrichment tools, intent platforms, webinar and ad platforms).
  • Maintain HubSpot governance standards, documentation, and change management processes.
  • Partner with RevOps and IT on new integrations, migrations, and system optimization.
  • Campaign & Workflow Operations: Build, test, and deploy advanced HubSpot workflows to support inbound, outbound, ABM, lifecycle, and product-led motions.
  • Operationalize lead scoring, routing, nurturing, suppression, and re-engagement workflows.
  • Support GTM motions and product launches through campaign setup, automation, and QA.
  • Ensure all campaigns meet HubSpot operational standards and reporting requirements prior to launch.
  • Data & Lead Management (HubSpot-Native): Own end-to-end lead lifecycle within HubSpot, from first touch through opportunity creation.
  • Design and maintain HubSpot lead scoring models (behavioral, demographic, and firmographic).
  • Enforce data quality standards using HubSpot validation rules, automation, and Operations Hub tools.
  • Handle de-duplication, enrichment, and normalization processes to ensure reliable reporting and attribution.
  • Partner with Sales Ops to ensure accurate handoffs and SLA compliance.
  • Reporting & Dashboards (HubSpot Reporting): Build and maintaidashboards for marketing performance, funnel conversion, pipeline, and revenue impact.
  • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reporting to marketing and executive leadership.
  • Ensure consistent definitions for lifecycle stages, MQLs, SQLs, and pipeline metrics.
  • Support attribution modeling and campaign performance analysis within HubSpot.
  • Enable self-service reporting while maintaining metric integrity.
  • RevOps Support & Administration: Partner closely with Sales Ops and RevOps to align HubSpot workflows with revenue processes.|Support territory management, lead assignment, and opportunity creation logic within HubSpot.|Assist with forecasting inputs, pipeline analysis, and performance tracking.|Maintain alignment between HubSpot and downstream systems to ensure revenue accuracy.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in Marketing Operations or Revenue Operations in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Deep, hands-on expertise with HubSpot (Marketing Hub required; Sales Hub and Operations Hub strongly preferred).
  • Validated experience building complex HubSpot workflows, scoring models, and lifecycle automation.
  • Strong understanding of B2B funnel metrics and GTM motions.
  • Experience integrating HubSpot with Salesforce or operating HubSpot as a unified CRM.
  • Advanced reporting and dashboarding experience within HubSpot.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and process rigor.

Preferred

  • HubSpot certifications (Marketing Software, Operations Hub, Reporting, or Admin).
  • Experience supporting ABM programs within HubSpot.
  • Familiarity with multi-touch attribution and advanced lifecycle modeling.
  • Experience running marketing budgets and vendor contracts.
  • Background in high-growth SaaS or scale-up environments.
