Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Design and implement simplified processes and programs across 3P partner marketing execution workflows, ensuring seamless execution across regions
  • Drive operational excellence in partner marketing asset management, including portal administration and streamlined content distribution processes by partnering with global Prime/PV teams
  • Develop and maintain standardized marketing calendars, synchronizing global tentpole campaigns with regional partner initiatives
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities and implement solutions that drive marketing effectiveness and efficiency
  • Create and analyze marketing operations performance metrics and provide insights to optimize team’s efficiency
  • Enable regional teams with marketing automation tools and standardized processes by driving adoption of these tools
  • Spearhead campaign automation adaptation and localization efforts, with particular focus on streamlining approval workflows
  • Establish and document best practices for partner marketing operations across global markets

Requirements

  • 6+ years of professional non-internship marketing experience
  • 7+ years of developing and managing acquisition marketing or channel programs experience
  • Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
  • Experience with Excel or Tableau (data manipulation, macros, charts and pivot tables)
  • Experience communicating results to senior leadership
  • Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional marketing programs
  • Experience developing and executing campaigns across a multitude of timezones and languages

Preferred

  • Experience driving direction and alignment with large cross-functional teams and agency partners
  • Experience designing and executing joint marketing plans with strategic alliance partners with global footprint
  • Experience in video content operations is a plus
