Responsibilities

• Develop and execute marketing campaigns designed to grow the Whitecap brand and generate new business.
• Create engaging social media content for the company and our individual loan officers.
• Film, edit, and produce short-form video content for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.
• Create polished digital and print marketing materials using tools such as Canva and similar creative platforms.
• Develop loan program flyers, presentations, brochures, event materials, email campaigns, and promotional pieces.
• Create marketing campaigns for potential clients, Realtors, builders, and other referral partners.
• Develop marketing strategies and content that help our individual loan officers grow their personal brands and businesses.
• Support company recruiting efforts, including campaigns designed to attract loan officers and develop new builder relationships.
• Help plan, promote, and create content around company events, educational programs, community involvement, and referral-partner events.
• Develop marketing calendars, workflows, and systems that keep our marketing organized, consistent, and proactive.

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing, content creation, social media, branding, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• An outstanding recent graduate with a degree in marketing, communications, digital media, business, or a related field who demonstrates strong creativity, initiative, and the ability to learn quickly.
• Familiar with social media platforms and how businesses can use them effectively.
• Comfortable creating professional-looking content and marketing materials using tools such as Canva.
• Comfortable filming and editing video content.
• Experience with platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, CRM/email marketing systems, social media management tools, and AI-powered marketing tools is also a plus.

Preferred

• Experience 2+ years of marketing, content creation, social media, branding, or related experience is preferred but not required.
• Experience in mortgage lending, real estate, financial services, or another relationship-driven sales industry is a plus, but not required.
• Experience with platforms such as Canva, CapCut, Meta Business Suite, CRM/email marketing systems, social media management tools, and AI-powered marketing tools is also a plus.
