Job Description

Responsibilities

Lead marketing efforts for Lorenzo residents and prospects to meet revenue, pre-lease progress, occupancy, and reputation goals.
Supervise up to 20+ community staff and train assigned associates to deliver Service Excellence.
Act as a primary ambassador of GHP's Culture and Vision, linking community and corporate leadership.
Contribute to the overall resident and prospect experience through customer experience management.
Produce reports and communicate with senior management; maintain visibility and engage residents daily.
Stay up to date on amenity hours and shuttle schedules; coordinate with other department heads as needed.
Coordinate outreach and events to maximize leases during or after events; plan and budget accordingly.
Oversee event budgets, vendor selection, supplies, and staffing for successful programming.
Develop the events and outreach calendar with Leasing Manager and Resident Services Manager and publish for channels.
Lead event day planning and execution, including budgeting, catering, decoration, and setup.

Requirements

Minimum 5+ years’ experience as a Marketing Manager within real estate and/or multi-family property management
BS/BA degree in Business, Marketing, Communications and/or related field preferred
2-5 years of marketing experience, with emphasis on social media
1-3 years of event management experience, preferred
Advanced in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
Experience with Canva or similar design platform
Must have unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States
Schedule Flexibility - willing to work weekends and occasional late shifts

Preferred

1-3 years of event management experience, preferred
Experience with Canva or similar design platform
