Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end planning and execution of integrated marketing events that support pipeline generation and engagement goals
• Execute event strategies aligned to go-to-market priorities and regional marketing plans
• Coordinate with sales, field marketing, and campaign teams to ensure aligned messaging and seamless event delivery
• Support conference and trade show programs from planning through post-event analysis, ensuring effective execution and measurable outcomes
• Manage vendor relationships and logistics to deliver high-quality event experiences within budget
• Track and analyze event performance, using insights to improve future program effectiveness
• Oversee timelines and operational execution across multiple events while maintaining attention to detail
• Contribute to the development of attendee experiences that enhance brand perception and customer engagement

Requirements

• 3 to 5 years of experience in event marketing or event management within a B2B environment
• Working knowledge of conference and trade show execution, including logistics coordination and vendor management
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment with competing priorities
• Experience supporting event performance tracking, including engagement metrics and ROI analysis
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners
• Strong organizational and time management skills with attention to detail
• Effective communication and presentation skills
• Familiarity with marketing and project management tools such as Salesforce, Tableau, Asana, or similar platforms

Preferred

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Experience supporting both in-person and virtual events
• Exposure to integrated marketing campaigns or demand generation programs
• Basic experience with vendor coordination and contract processes
• Willingness to travel and support events onsite as needed
