Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Partner with the Director of Earner Product Marketing to shape US earner marketing strategy with frameworks that scale globally.
  • Develop a cohesive earner narrative that connects product improvements, operational investments, and brand storytelling under Only on Uber.
  • Represent the earner perspective in cross-functional conversations, grounded in audience insights.
  • Own the end-to-end strategy and execution of the Only on Uber event, Uber's annual earner product showcase.
  • Shape the event narrative and integrated go-to-market plan, including pre-event, live, and post-event amplification.
  • Define channel roles with a strong emphasis on social, creators, YouTube, CRM, and owned channels.
  • Lead cross-functional coordination, timelines, and agency partners to deliver a high-impact moment that builds brand trust and product value.
  • Partner with Earner PMMs to translate product proof points into compelling value propositions for drivers and couriers.
  • Lead go-to-market execution for major earner launches or initiatives when needed.
  • Drive a year-round brand and engagement drumbeat under the Only on Uber umbrella.
  • Own CRM strategy and execution end-to-end and act as a hands-on writer/editor across key earner-facing channels when needed.
  • Act as a day-to-day partner across Product, Ops, Policy, Comms, Social, and Marketing.
  • Manage agency and internal partner relationships.
  • Define success metrics for launches, campaigns, and tentpole moments, balancing short-term impact with long-term earner brand health.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience across product marketing and/or brand/consumer marketing, ideally in a consumer tech environment
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market strategies, integrated campaigns, and high-visibility moments
  • Experience working cross-functionally with Product, Operations, Creative, Research & Insights, Policy, and Communications teams
  • Bachelor's degree

  • Strong strategic instincts paired with hands-on executional excellence
  • Exceptional writer and storyteller, able to adapt messaging for different audiences and channels
  • Strong analytical skills and comfort using data to inform decisions
  • Experience working in fast-paced, matrixed organizations
  • Need for deeply understanding frontline audiences and building marketing grounded in real product value
  • Previous experience working in the technology industry
