Responsibilities

• Lead and execute marketing strategies that directly support sales growth.
• Manage digital marketing efforts including website, SEO/SEM, email, and social media.
• Plan and run advertising campaigns across digital and traditional channels.
• Oversee the development of catalogs, brochures, and other print materials.
• Build compelling content that communicates technical products clearly and effectively.
• Support product launches and sales initiatives.
• Coordinate trade shows and industry events.
• Track performance and continuously improve marketing effectiveness.

Requirements

• Strong collaboration skills across sales, operations, and leadership
• Proficiency with marketing tools (CRM platforms, Google Analytics, marketing automation software)
• Basic knowledge of finance and business
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
• 5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in B2B, industrial distribution, or manufacturing environments
• Demonstrated experience across major marketing functions, including digital marketing, advertising, print marketing, content creation, and branch management.
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and product data management
