Job Summary

Own demand generation and pipeline impact across multiple channels while building scalable campaign infrastructure in coordination with sales leadership.

  • Campaign ops and measurement: build Salesforce campaigns, track lead flow, and measure performance to optimize future efforts.
  • Growth experimentation: explore content-led growth, ABM, website optimization, and AI-assisted execution to speed outcomes.

Job Description

Build and execute demand generation strategies that increase brand visibility, create market awareness, and drive qualified top-of-funnel interest. Own integrated campaigns across organic, paid, digital, website, LinkedIn, email, content, case studies, and sales enablement channels. Develop campaigns that leverage existing brand value, client stories, case studies, and market credibility to generate inbound interest. Partner closely with Sales and leadership to align marketing campaigns with pipeline goals, target accounts, buyer personas, and revenue priorities. Build and manage Salesforce campaigns, campaign tracking, lead flow, reporting, and performance measurement. Use Salesforce, LinkedIn, CRM data, and campaign analytics to measure marketing effectiveness and optimize future efforts. Identify creative ways to generate demand beyond paid advertising, including content-led growth, thought leadership, case studies, website optimization, organic social, referral opportunities, events, and account-based strategies. Leverage the company website as a stronger demand generation and brand-building tool. Build out digital programs that help the company show up more effectively in-market. Use AI tools thoughtfully to improve speed, creativity, campaign execution, analysis, and content development. Manage projects independently, including gathering inputs from stakeholders, building timelines, securing content, and driving work to completion. Test, measure, learn, and continuously improve campaign performance. Help create the marketing foundation, processes, and campaign infrastructure needed to support future growth.
