Job Description

Responsibilities

  • As a Marketing Manager of Brand Campaigns, you will build and activate strategies & corresponding integrated marketing campaigns that further relevance of the brand, while fueling traffic in service of revenue & Ads.
  • You will collaborate with partners to understand business & customer needs, translating these requirements into innovative marketing strategies, ensuring seamless execution and alignment of initiatives, and analyzing performance for optimization.
  • You will play a key role in defining the interpretation of the Best Buy brand to consumers throughout the course of the year.
  • You are a visionary strategist with strong leadership capabilities, adept at setting overarching strategies, leading multiple projects, solving complex marketing challenges, analyzing data to inform decisions, and effectively influencing cross-functional teams while communicating with diverse stakeholders.
  • Set the vision for strategies that drive business growth and customer relevance with a focus on key drive times and major brand moments (e.g. Holiday, BTS, Fall Football).
  • Manage relationships with stakeholders (Category Management, Ads PCM, Agency and GTM teams, Brand Strategy and Promotional Strategy) to understand business needs and translate them into strategies, ensuring seamless execution across partners (Creative, Media, eCommerce, Store Design, and Operations).
  • Manage the marketing budget to support campaign & drive time objectives
  • Work cross-functionally to refine strategies based on performance data.
  • Monitor and analyze consumer trends to further Best Buy's relevance and build the roadmap for future efforts, aligning closely with Brand Strategy.
  • Lead testing and optimization strategies to drive innovation.

Requirements

  • 8+ years of marketing or a related field.
  • Robust knowledge of integrated marketing strategy development
  • Strong collaboration, presentation and communication skills with the ability to present ideas and strategies to leaders

Preferred

  • Brand marketing or agency experience
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business or a related field, or equivalent industry experience.
