Job Summary

Responsibilities

  • Execute and support corporate marketing strategies tailored for the property, ensuring alignment with overall brand goals.
  • Maintain brand consistency across all local marketing efforts, including signage, collateral, and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate on-site signage, event support, and other marketing collateral to enhance guest engagement and visibility.
  • Serve as the primary liaison between the property and the corporate marketing team, facilitating communication and strategic alignment.
  • Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance metrics and guest engagement to optimize marketing efforts.
  • Develop and execute creative content and campaigns that promote the resort’s amenities, entertainment, and special events.
  • Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget constraints.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitors to maintain a competitive edge in marketing strategies.

Requirements

  • Minimum of two years of experience in marketing or advertising agency roles.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint), Adobe Creative Suite, and other Windows-based applications.
  • A self-starter with excellent project management skills, attention to detail, and the ability to meet deadlines while maintaining a strategic perspective.

Preferred

  • Strong interpersonal and public speaking skills are desirable.
  • Experience within the hotel, resort, or tourism industry is preferred.
