Responsibilities

• Marketing Strategy & Growth
• - Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that support growth objectives
• - Drive lead generation and customer acquisition initiatives
• - Create division-specific marketing plans in partnership with operational leaders
• - Establish KPIs and metrics to evaluate campaign effectiveness
• - Manage marketing budgets and maximize return on investment
• Digital Marketing & Brand Development
• - Oversee website performance, SEO, social media, paid advertising, and digital campaigns
• - Manage CRM and marketing automation initiatives
• - Direct content creation, copywriting, and sales collateral development

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, lead generation, demand generation, or marketing automation
• 3+ years of management experience leading teams and projects
• Experience within commercial construction, roofing, or related industries strongly preferred
• Experience managing vendors, agencies, and third-party marketing partners
• Strong background in B2B marketing and customer acquisition initiatives
• Minimum 18 years of age
• Valid driver’s license and insurable driving record
• Successful Pre-Employment Drug test
• Successful Background Check
