Job Summary

Own and coordinate the Watch Party marketing program by unifying cross-functional teams to plan, launch, and optimize a multi-channel campaign that drives audience participation, earned media, and fan engagement.

  • Campaign Leadership: guide planning, execution, and on-brand deliverables across social, content, creators, partnerships, and paid media.
  • Audience Engagement: grow community participation and optimize in real time based on performance.
  • Cross-Functional Execution: maintain timelines with the Project Manager and report updates to leadership.

Job Description

  • Lead the overall marketing strategy and go-to-market plan for the Watch Party campaign.
  • Serve as the central marketing lead across functions to ensure seamless collaboration and alignment.
  • Shepherd the campaign from planning through execution, ensuring deliverables launch on time and on brand.
  • Identify and drive opportunities for audience engagement, cultural relevance, earned media, and fan/community participation leading up to the Final.
  • Develop and manage the integrated marketing plan across social, content, creator/influencer, partnerships, and paid media.
  • Own quality and brand consistency across all campaign marketing deliverables.
  • Make in-flight strategic decisions to maximize campaign impact and reach.
  • Drive creator and influencer engagement strategy in support of campaign goals.
  • Partner closely with the dedicated Project Manager on timelines, approvals, and execution across workstreams.
  • Lead recurring cross-functional marketing check-ins to keep teams aligned and moving toward shared objectives.
