Drive Ravens event operations and staff management for game days and fan activations, coordinating partnerships and youth outreach programs.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Assist with management of vendors, partners, setup, and breakdown of RavensWalk and all Ravens events
  • Help manage and oversee the Marketing Event Staff (21), a group of part-time event/gameday staff with tasks such as scheduling for various events, providing seamless communication, guiding and leading the group to execute various events to Ravens Standards
  • Assist with pre-game, halftime, in-game and post-game promotions, and activations for all Ravens home games. Coordinate promotional winner information for in-game execution on RavensVision boards and PA script
  • Assist the Football Outreach department with execution of youth/high school football initiatives including, but not limited to, Play Like A Raven Football Clinics, 7-on-7 Football Tournaments, Ravens Youth Football Grants, Ravens High School Combine & Showdown, Play at Halftime Games, Girls Flag and Day of Champs celebration
  • Support with the planning, fulfillment, and execution of partner related events including but not limited to Purple Fridays, Ravens Gaming League tournaments, Fantasy Football and general fan affinity events
  • Contribute to the planning, execution, and database management of the following Ravens programs: RISE, Purple, The Flock, Influencers and Legends
  • Assist with the creation, selection, execution, and communication of all aspects of Ravens and partner prizes to contest/sweepstakes winners
  • Consult and research emerging trends, brainstorm ideas for new fan engagement and partnership opportunities
  • Contribute with recaps for marketing events, programs, initiatives, partnership activations and promotions
  • Support the Marketing Department holistically with other duties assigned

Requirements

  • Must have graduated college by May 2026
  • Bachelor’s degree and internship experience in marketing, events, promotions and/or sales, preferably in the sports arena or team related
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills are a must
  • Must have the proven ability to successfully perform and deliver results under tight deadlines/pressure with little supervision, last-minute changes and/or with multiple reporting lines
  • Passion for the business of sports, customer focus, attention to detail, and operational excellence
  • Must be able to work on and manage several tasks at one time
  • Ability to rely on experience and judgment to plan, set, and accomplish goals
  • Must enjoy working in a team environment as well as be a self-starter with creativity, complex problem-solving skills, and excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must have the ability to work long hours including evenings, weekends and holidays as well as have the ability to work outside in various weather conditions
  • Ability to lift and shuffle items up to 50lbs a must
