Job Summary

Assists in the core marketing engine at entry level, handling planning support, content creation, event logistics, and CRM hygiene while learning how campaigns feed sales and track simple outcomes.

Campaign and content: assist planning, execution, and content production for digital channels.
Events and CRM: support events from pre to post, maintain databases, and enable lead flow.
Research and storytelling: conduct market research and help craft customer success stories and technical content.

Responsibilities

Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns.
Create engaging content for LinkedIn, the company website, email campaigns and other digital platforms.
Design marketing materials including brochures, presentations, flyers and promotional content.
Support the organisation of exhibitions, trade shows, customer events and webinars.
Assist with pre- and post-event marketing activities.
Conduct market research to identify potential customers, industry trends and competitor activity.
Maintain and update CRM and marketing databases.
Support lead generation campaigns alongside the sales team.
Help prepare customer case studies, success stories and technical marketing content.
Assist with internal communications and company announcements.

Requirements

Currently studying or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organisational skills with good attention to detail.
Creative mindset with the ability to generate new ideas.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred

Experience using Canva or Adobe Creative Suite.
Familiarity with LinkedIn and other social media platforms.
Knowledge of CRM systems.
Basic understanding of SEO and digital marketing.
Experience with video editing or content creation.
Interest in electronics, manufacturing, aerospace, defence, or technology industries.
