Own design tasks and content creation for flyers, social graphics, and event materials.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Graphic Design – Create publications and digital materials, including flyers, social media graphics, event signage, and branded templates
Website Updates – Assist with updating web pages, news stories, photography, and calendar items on the school’s website (no coding required)
Photography & Video – Capture and edit images and short videos of student life, events, and campus for use across platforms
Social Media – Support the planning and creation of engaging content across platforms like Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube
Marketing Analytics – Learn how to interpret data from social media, email campaigns, and website traffic to guide future strategies

Requirements

Have a strong interest in visual storytelling and design
Are studying marketing, communications, graphic design, or a related field
Are eager to build a portfolio of real-world creative work
Are detail-oriented, curious, and collaborative
Are available to work up to 20 hours per week on-site each semester

Preferred

Have experience with Adobe Creative Suite or Canva (preferred but not required)
