Responsibilities

• Create content for social media, job postings, and company communications.
• Assist with Indeed and other recruiting marketing campaigns.
• Capture and edit photos and videos for recruiting and branding.
• Help maintain the company website and marketing materials.
• Support recruiting events, job fairs, and internal initiatives.
• Track campaign performance and provide basic reporting.
• Assist with other marketing and administrative projects as needed.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience with social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, TikTok).
• Organized, creative, and able to manage multiple projects.
• Positive attitude with a willingness to learn.
