Job Summary

Own the end-to-end digital marketing and e-commerce workflow for a luxury watch brand, driving CRM data health, email campaigns, Shopify upkeep, social analytics, luxury-brand content, and newsletter design across cross-functional workstreams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • CRM & customer data (HubSpot) Help keep our contact data clean and organized, build and manage lists and segments, and learn how a real CRM nurtures a luxury customer from first inquiry to closed sale. Any HubSpot experience is a plus; a willingness to learn it deeply is a must.
  • Email & newsletters Help build and send email and newsletter campaigns, grow and organize our list, and learn to treat email as a real revenue channel — tracking opens, clicks, and conversions and improving over time.
  • Shopify storefront & SEO Help build and edit pages, keep products and collections organized, and learn the on-page SEO basics that help us get found and convert. Comfort poking around a Shopify store is great; curiosity about the back end and how it all works is what matters most.
  • Social & Meta reporting Help pull and organize reporting for our organic social and Meta (Facebook/Instagram) advertising, and learn the metrics that matter — reach, engagement, CTR, CPA, ROAS — and how to read them honestly.
  • Luxury brand & content Bring taste and ideas. Help make sure everything we publish feels high-end and on-brand, and learn how high-net-worth buyers actually make decisions.
  • Design & newsletter layout Help design clean, on-brand newsletter layouts and marketing assets (Canva / Figma / Adobe). A good eye and some design ability go a long way here.

Requirements

  • Are genuinely curious about marketing, e-commerce, and the luxury world.
  • Learn fast, take initiative, and figure things out without being told twice.
  • Have some hands-on exposure to at least a couple of these: HubSpot or another CRM, email/newsletter tools, Shopify, social/Meta analytics, or graphic design.
  • Have a good eye for design and detail.
  • Communicate clearly and take pride in your work.
  • Are pursuing or recently completed a degree in marketing, communications, design, business, or a related field — or can show you've got the skills regardless.

Preferred

  • Any interest or experience in watches, jewelry, fashion, or luxury.
  • Familiarity with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Comfort with TikTok and short-form mobile video.
  • A personal project, store, portfolio, or social account you've built yourself.

Benefits

  • A paid internship at $20.00 per hour, with hands-on experience across an entire digital marketing and e-commerce function.
  • A part-time schedule of 3–4 days per week, working on-site in New York City's Diamond District.
  • Direct mentorship from the CEO and marketing team.
  • Exposure to a respected 30+ year luxury watch business and some of the world's most sought-after timepieces.
  • A portfolio of real work across CRM, email marketing, Shopify, social media, and design.
  • The opportunity to transition into a full-time role for high-performing interns who demonstrate initiative, strong work ethic, and a desire to grow with the company.
