Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns (seminars, dinner events, educational events, digital campaigns, etc.)
• Work closely with Advisors Excel and internal partners on campaign development
• Track campaign performance and provide reporting insights
• Implement marketing initiatives discussed in monthly marketing strategy calls
• Assist with local media coordination (TV, radio, interviews)
• Prepare materials and content for news segments and advisor appearances
• Support social media content planning and posting
• Help maintain brand consistency across platforms
• Support email marketing campaigns and client communications
• Monitor online reviews and brand presence

Requirements

• 2+ years of marketing experience
• Experience with CRM systems and email marketing platforms
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and social media platforms
• Ability to manage multiple deadlines with attention to detail
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Professional demeanor and strong interpersonal skills
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (preferred)
