Job Summary

Support frontline customer flow and showroom operations, owning daily customer interaction, payments, and service handoffs while keeping the store organized and campaigns active.

  • Own customer intake, payments, order processing, and data entry to keep the sales cycle smooth across showroom and back-office systems.
  • Coordinate with Sales Manager on opportunities and maintain a professional storefront and active mailing campaigns to drive repeat visits.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Acquire and maintain customers; process payments and order forms; input and update customer information in the store system.
  • Assist customers on the showroom floor and route sales and service opportunities to the Sales Manager.
  • Maintain the customer transaction counter, showroom organization, and merchandising per management direction; support regular mailing campaigns.
  • File, maintain, and organize customer folders and records; perform general showroom and store upkeep tasks.
  • Handle inbound calls and other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements

  • Excellent interpersonal and telephone etiquette with strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Professional appearance and ability to lift and move heavy merchandise; minimum age 18.
  • Pre-employment background check, drug test, agility test, and DOT physical where required; valid driver’s license and driving record requirements.
  • Bi-lingual is a PLUS!
  • Pass drug screen and criminal background check before employment.
