Responsibilities

• Design digital advertising, social media, web, email, branding, and marketing assets.
• Translate marketing objectives into strong visual concepts.
• Create multiple creative variations for testing and campaign optimization.
• Collaborate with media buyers and marketers to understand campaign goals and performance.
• Improve creative based on data, feedback, and campaign results.
• Build and maintain brand consistency across client accounts.
• Create layouts and digital experiences in Figma.
• Work efficiently across multiple brands and projects.
• Manage revisions and deadlines without sacrificing quality.
• Help develop new creative concepts, formats, and visual directions.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Photoshop
• Strong proficiency in Adobe Illustrator
• Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign
• Strong understanding of typography, layout, hierarchy, and color
• Experience designing for digital marketing
• Experience creating social media and advertising creative
• Ability to work within established brand guidelines
• Ability to create multiple variations from one creative concept
• Strong organization and attention to detail
