Requirements

• Advanced operator with 10+ years of professional experience in marketing and/or leadership
• The intention to be compensated based on performance (not hours at a desk)
• Highly coachable self starter with a positive mental attitude
• Have the goal to make 6 figures ++ a year
• Professional AND personable communication style
• Strong communication skills (in writing, on the phone & with video conferencing)
• True willingness to change, integrate feedback, and consistently improve
