Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute an integrated marketing and events strategy aligned with the company’s growth objectives, brand positioning, and market share goals.
  • Actively contribute to annual strategic planning (markets, priorities, investments, objectives).
  • Identify new growth opportunities (markets, event formats, strategic partnerships).
  • Work closely with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams to ensure a coherent and high‑performing go‑to‑market approach.
  • Define the overall events strategy (trade shows, conferences, client experiences, corporate events).
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of events with high standards for quality, impact, and brand consistency.
  • Establish performance indicators (KPIs) and event ROI analyses.
  • Ensure each event contributes to brand awareness, opportunity generation, and customer experience.
  • Develop and manage marketing and events budgets with discipline and rigor.
  • Ensure optimal resource allocation based on impact and return on investment.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing and/or events, including management experience.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, lead strategies, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, including performance and ROI analysis.
  • Inspirational, results‑driven leadership style with a strong collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding, and growing environment.
  • English proficiency required
