Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Define and execute the marketing and events strategy in support of growth, brand positioning, and market share objectives.
  • Contribute to annual strategic planning and identify new growth opportunities (markets, formats, partnerships).
  • Lead the overall events strategy, including tradeshows, conferences, client experiences, and corporate events.
  • Oversee end‑to‑end event planning and execution, ensuring high standards for quality, impact, and brand consistency.
  • Establish KPIs, measure ROI, and ensure events drive brand awareness, opportunity generation, and customer experience.
  • Manage marketing and events budgets, ensuring disciplined planning and optimal resource allocation.
  • Produce post‑project analyses and data‑driven recommendations to continuously improve performance.
  • Structure and optimize marketing and events processes (SOPs, tools, workflows) and ensure seamless cross‑functional collaboration.
  • Oversee the showroom environment, ensuring it is consistently brand‑ready, well‑maintained, and aligned with current product positioning.
  • Plan and manage client visits, tours, and on‑site experiences in collaboration with Sales, Product, and Leadership teams.

Requirements

  • University degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 8 to 10 years of relevant experience in strategic marketing and/or events, including management experience.
  • Proven ability to drive growth, lead strategies, and deliver measurable results.
  • Strong analytical skills, including performance and ROI analysis.
  • Inspirational, results‑driven leadership style with a strong collaborative mindset.
  • Excellent communication, planning, and decision‑making skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, demanding, and growing environment.
  • English proficiency required
