Responsibilities

• Research and connect with local organizations, businesses, and women's groups for potential partnerships and events
• Reach out to companies to book color analysis workshops, styling sessions, and beauty events
• Build relationships with local boutiques, fitness studios, salons, networking groups, and community organizations
• Identify opportunities for pop-ups, workshops, and collaborative events
• Follow up with leads and inquiries to convert them into booked events or appointments
• Assist in organizing and executing in-studio and on location events, workshops, and private parties
• Coordinate logistics for color analysis events, styling workshops, permanent jewelry parties, and beauty experiences
• Help manage guest lists, vendor coordination, and event promotion
• Assist during events to ensure a smooth and elevated client experience
• Assist with local marketing campaigns and promotions

Preferred

• Experience in marketing, event planning, business development, or community outreach
• Background in beauty, fashion, styling, or boutique retail is a plus
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to take initiative and work independently
• Experience with email marketing or CRM tools is helpful but not required
