Job Summary

Own the VIP guest experience at property events, ensuring personalized service, discretion, and smooth execution of marketing activations that connect guests to brand moments.

  • Guest Experience: Welcome VIPs, anticipate needs, and maintain confidentiality during interactions.
  • Event Execution: Support on-site event delivery, activations, drawings, and off-site activities.
  • Brand and Compliance: Represent core values, align with gaming policies, and collaborate with marketing teams to drive guest engagement.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Being a Guest Service Ambassador for the property during all promotional events.
  • Greeting and providing personalized service for VIP Guests.
  • Having the ability to be discrete and keep confidential all interactions with VIP Guests.
  • Participating in execution of marketing events such as concerts, gift giveaways, specialty events & shows, drawings, off-site activations and tournaments.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Six (6) months of customer service experience, most preferably in a casino or hospitality environment.
  • The ability to work late nights, weekends, and holidays depending on assigned schedule.
  • Must be able to work at least 3-5 events and/or 15 hours per month as a Marketing Event Rep
  • The ability to maintain the tradition of superior Guest Service at Seminole Hard Rock Tampa.
  • Strong passion for great Guest Service.
  • Must possess strong verbal and non-verbal communication skills.
  • Must be energetic, caring, and compassionate.
  • Belief and desire to represent our core values of: Integrity, Respect, Accountability, Passion and Dedication, Communication, and Fun.
  • Ability to anticipate and meet Guests needs.
  • Must conduct themselves in accordance with all Gaming Commission Regulations, and Seminole Tribe of Florida departmental policies and procedures.
