Own the hospital-marketing program, building hospital relations, campaigns, and market analysis to drive referrals and admissions.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with local hospitals, including Sharpstown Hospital and Cleveland General Hospital, to promote referrals and admissions to our rehabilitation and nursing center
Design and implement marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness, enhance our online presence, and drive website traffic
Collaborate with our clinical staff to develop and implement marketing strategies that showcase our services and expertise
Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform marketing decisions and optimize our marketing efforts
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and reporting on marketing performance and ROI
Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of our services, insurance coverage, and patient needs to effectively communicate with hospital staff and the public

0-2 years of experience in marketing, public relations, or a related field
Previous skilled nursing home marketing experience, perferred
Strong understanding of marketing principles, including market research, branding, and campaign development
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and project management skills
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
Proficiency in marketing software, including email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and analytics dashboards
