Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that drives brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across global markets.
• Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity, data-driven decision-making, and accountability.
• Oversee all marketing channels, including content marketing, digital advertising, social media, email marketing, events, and PR.
• Define and track key performance metrics (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and optimize ROI.
• Partner with the product team to translate complex blockchain concepts into compelling value propositions for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Drive thought leadership initiatives, including industry reports, webinars, and speaking engagements at major blockchain conferences.
• Manage the marketing budget, allocate resources effectively, and ensure efficient spend across all channels.
• Collaborate with the sales team to develop lead-generation strategies and ensure seamless alignment between marketing and sales funnels.
• Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies in the Web3 and blockchain space.

Requirements

• 10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director or above), preferably within the technology, SaaS, or blockchain/Web3 sectors.
• Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing strategies that drive measurable business growth.
• Strong understanding of the blockchain and cryptocurrency ecosystem—prior experience in Web3 is highly preferred.
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, with experience building and scaling marketing teams in a remote-first environment.
• Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with the capacity to articulate complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.
• Data-driven mindset with deep experience in marketing analytics, attribution modeling, and ROI analysis.
• Experience managing significant marketing budgets and delivering results within financial constraints.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• Must be based in the United States and authorized to work without sponsorship.
