Job Summary

Own the sports platform marketing engine across brand, community, partnerships and revenue to connect athletes, parents, coaches, teams, leagues and advertisers.

  • Growth & Positioning: Own marketing strategy across awareness, acquisition, engagement, and monetization for the youth sports ecosystem.
  • Channel & Content Execution: Build multi-channel campaigns across social, email, digital advertising, search, content, partnerships, community, and events.
  • Audience & Content: Create compelling content for diverse sports audiences and oversee social with a focus on authentic engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, X, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.
  • GTM for Features: Support go-to-market campaigns for athlete profiles, team tools, forums, marketplace, schedules, stats, and safety features.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Align with product, design, operations, partnerships, and leadership to ensure consistent messaging across app, website, emails, social, and partner materials.
  • Analytics & ROI: Use analytics to measure campaign performance, understand user behavior, optimize funnels, and improve marketing ROI.
  • Audience Messaging: Develop messaging for athletes, parents, coaches, sports orgs, sponsors, and investors.
  • Partnerships: Identify and build relationships with strategic partners across youth and amateur sports, camps, venues, and related companies.
  • Trend & Culture: Stay current on sports culture, youth behavior, platform changes, and emerging marketing channels.
