Job Summary
Own a multi-channel marketing function that bonds digital, content, and brand to business goals, with explicit ownership of SEO, performance marketing, and cross‑functional campaigns.
- Growth & Demand: Own SEO strategy, PPC/SEM, analytics, and conversion optimization to drive qualified traffic and ROI.
- Content & Brand: Lead content creation, CMS operations, design collaboration, and messaging across blogs, videos, and social to strengthen brand.
- Lifecycle & Ops: Drive email marketing, marketing automation, and cross-functional programs with measurement and KPI governance.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies that align with company goals, emphasizing digital marketing, content creation, and brand positioning.
- Lead the planning and implementation of SEO initiatives using advanced SEO tools to improve organic search rankings and increase website traffic.
- Manage social media marketing campaigns across platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and Twitter to boost engagement and brand awareness.
- Oversee content management systems such as WordPress and content creation processes to produce compelling blogs, videos, and multimedia content.
- Utilize Google Ads (formerly AdWords), SEM (Search Engine Marketing), and Google Analytics to analyze campaign performance, optimize conversion rates, and maximize ROI.
- Coordinate email marketing campaigns using marketing automation tools to nurture leads and enhance customer retention.
- Collaborate with graphic designers utilizing Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) for visually impactful campaigns; incorporate HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and SQL knowledge for website enhancements.
- Conduct keyword research to identify trending topics and optimize content for search engines; implement conversion optimization techniques to improve user experience.
- Monitor performance marketing metrics through analytics platforms; adjust strategies proactively to meet KPIs in e-commerce environments.
- Lead cross-functional teams in executing B2B marketing initiatives that strengthen partnerships and expand market reach.
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Marketing Director or senior marketing leader with a track record of successfully managing multi-channel campaigns in digital environments.
- Extensive knowledge of SEO tools, Google Ads/AdWords, Google Analytics, SEM strategies, and social media management platforms.
- Strong background in content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and content management systems such as WordPress.
- Technical proficiency with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, SQL for website optimization and performance enhancement.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage marketing automation platforms for email campaigns and lead nurturing processes.
- Experience in performance marketing within e-commerce settings or B2B markets is highly desirable.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire teams, coordinate projects efficiently, and communicate complex ideas clearly.
