Job Summary

Own and execute an integrated marketing and communications program for ASPIRE, aligning content, channels, and campaigns with the mission, while collaborating with program directors to support events, recruitment, and fundraising.

Integrated Strategy & Execution: Develop and manage the organization’s marketing plan across website, social, and newsletters.
Content & Channel Management: Create engaging content to reach mentors, mentees, volunteers, donors, and community members and publish across Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, and email.
Campaign Collaboration: Guide event deadlines, recruitment activities, and fundraising campaigns in partnership with program teams.

Job Description

Responsibilities

Create, execute, and manage an integrated marketing and communications strategy that reflects ASPIRE’s mission
Identify and create compelling content to increase ASPIRE’s online presence and to engage with targeted audiences, including mentors, mentees, volunteers, donors, and community members
Collaborate with ASPIRE Program Directors to assist with their marketing and communications needs
Set marketing strategy deadlines for events, recruitment activities, and fundraising campaigns
Oversee ASPIRE’s website, newsletter, social media accounts, and other marketing materials
Develop a viable marketing and social media content plan and schedule to enhance overall presence of ASPIRE
Publish content that reflects ASPIRE’s mission on its website, newsletter, and social media accounts, including Facebook, Instagram and YouTube
