Job Description
Responsibilities
- Brand & Visual Design: Design marketing materials including brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, presentations, and promotional campaigns
- Develop high-impact brand visuals that maintain consistency across all channels
- Translate marketing concepts into clean, professional design assets
- Digital & Content Marketing: Create graphics for websites, landing pages, digital advertising, and social media
- Design visual content that improves audience engagement and brand recognition
- Collaborate with marketing leadership on campaign concepts and visual strategies
- Print & Promotional Materials: Design trade show displays, product brochures, banners, training materials, and print collateral
- Prepare press-ready files and production layouts
- Maintain consistent typography, color palettes, and brand guidelines
- Creative Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams including sales, product development, and leadership
- Contribute to creative brainstorming sessions
- Help shape and evolve the company’s visual identity and marketing direction
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Marketing Design, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years experience in marketing or brand design
- Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign)
- Strong portfolio demonstrating digital and print marketing design
- Exceptional attention to detail and visual composition
Preferred
- Experience designing for healthcare, medical, technology, or biotech industries
- Motion graphics or basic video editing skills
- Experience with web design, UI graphics, or marketing platforms
- Knowledge of branding systems and campaign design
