Job Summary

Support data integrity and operations by maintaining databases, organizing records, and enabling business development through research, templates, and AI-assisted workflow improvements.

  • Own data & database hygiene to ensure accuracy and long-term accessibility.
  • Support research-driven business development and centralized templates via organized data and AI tools.
  • Assist with CRM maintenance, data consolidation, and records archiving to streamline workflows.

Job Description

  • Data & Database Management: Maintain, update, and verify internal databases to ensure accuracy and consistency; organize and standardize records for improved usability and long-term accessibility.
  • Marketing Research Support: Conduct targeted research on clients, projects, and market trends; compile and synthesize information to support business development efforts.
  • Administrative & Operational Support: Provide general administrative assistance to support ongoing projects; help ensure tasks stay on track and deadlines are met.
  • Process Improvement & Digital Tools: Assist in developing and organizing template libraries; support process improvements, including exploration of AI tools to streamline workflows.
  • SPECIFIC TASKS: Populating and maintaining CRM spreadsheets for business development tracking; researching and consolidating project data; supporting the development of a centralized templates database; assisting with AI-driven tools; aiding in project archiving and records management processes.
  • Currently pursuing a degree in Marketing, Library Science, Communications, or a related field
  • Strong attention to detail with a commitment to producing accurate work
  • Highly organized and able to manage repetitive tasks efficiently
  • Self-motivated and capable of working both independently and within a team
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, etc.) and familiarity with SharePoint or similar platforms
  • Interest in data organization, knowledge management, or information systems
