Job Summary

Drive Marketing Data Analytics as a Growth-focused analyst to build reporting, attribution, and forecasting that guides spend and growth.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Build the Foundation: Design and maintain reporting infrastructure and automated dashboards that provide real-time visibility into key growth metrics.
  • Funnel Optimization: Analyze the full customer journey to identify drop-offs and conversion opportunities, improving overall acquisition efficiency.
  • Strategic Partnership: Work with RevOps to solve the "attribution puzzle" and provide clear insights into channel and regional performance.
  • Forecasting & Planning: Develop models to support growth planning and guide our future marketing investment decisions.
  • Experimentation Support: Measure the impact of marketing tests and translate complex datasets into clear, boardroom-ready recommendations.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure total accuracy and consistency across all reporting systems—being the "Single Source of Truth" for the team.

Requirements

  • Experience: 4+ years in marketing, growth, or business analytics. You’ve been in the trenches of high-growth performance reporting.
  • Analytical Power: A Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field (Analytics, Data Science, Econ, etc.) and a deep understanding of funnel analysis and attribution modeling.
  • Technical Stack: Proficiency with data visualization tools like Looker, Tableau, or Power BI . Experience with SQL and data warehouses is a major plus.
  • Communication: The rare ability to take complex math and turn it into a clear, persuasive story for non-technical stakeholders.
  • Detail-Oriented: A "measure twice, cut once" mentality when it comes to data accuracy and problem-solving.
