Job Description

Responsibilities
  • Support marketing and creative efforts by producing written and visual content for brand, enrollment, research visibility, and public engagement.
  • Collaborate within Brand Studio under Associate Creative Director to develop materials across print, digital, and web.
  • Partner with marketing strategy, digital communications, media relations, and campus partners to create brand-aligned communications.
  • Combine copywriting, graphic design, web editing, and storytelling to support integrated campaigns.
Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, journalism, graphic design, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, journalism, design, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Demonstrated writing and storytelling ability for marketing or communications purposes.
  • Experience creating visual content for digital and/or print communications.
  • Working knowledge of design tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) or similar software.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Preferred
  • Experience working in higher education, nonprofit, or mission-driven organizations.
  • Experience writing editorial or feature stories.
  • Familiarity with web content management systems.
  • Knowledge of accessibility and digital content best practices.
