Responsibilities

• Assist with the rollout of multi-channel marketing campaigns across email, social media, website, and print platforms.
• Coordinate campaign schedules, deliverables, and internal communications.
• Draft engaging content for social media posts, blog articles, customer communications, and monthly newsletters.
• Help maintain a consistent brand voice across all channels.
• Manage the company’s presence on platforms including LinkedIn, Instagram, and X/Twitter.
• Monitor engagement, industry trends, and competitor activity.
• Assist with content calendars and posting schedules.
• Support planning and logistics for trade shows, customer events, webinars, open houses, and community events.
• Coordinate promotional materials, registrations, and event follow-up activities.
• Maintain marketing folders, digital assets, and promotional materials.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience)
• 5-10 years of marketing experience; internships are encouraged
• Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, social media platforms, and basic CMS knowledge, Graphic Design, Adobe software.

Preferred

• Familiarity with email marketing platforms, social media management tools, and CRM systems is a plus
• Positive attitude, curiosity, collaboration, and willingness to learn
• Basic graphic design capabilities using tools such as Canva or Adobe Express
