Own the on-site guest flow from greeting to tour and presentation, balancing warm engagement with strict qualification and deposits while hitting clear performance targets.

  • Guest engagement and tours: greet prospects, present benefits, and incentivize attendance while screening to guideline standards and booking tours.
  • Sales presentation delivery and compliance: conduct policy-aligned presentations to drive bookings and meet minimum performance goals.
  • Training and performance discipline: stay current on materials and trends, and set/review goals weekly, monthly, and annually.

Job Description

Responsibilities\n- Travel + Leisure brand ambassador: Serve as a positive and professional brand ambassador for Travel + Leisure - Resort coordination: Partner with the resort staff to receive arrival sheets of guests checking in - Prospect engagement: Greet, present, and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales-preview tour - Qualification: Screen and qualify potential customers based on company guidelines - Tour reservations: Make sales-tour reservations and collect required deposits - Sales presentation: Greet, present and incentivize prospective customers to attend a sales presentation in accordance with all company policies, compliance standards and regulatory requirements while maintaining minimum performance goals (80% time) - Training and goals: Attend all scheduled training sessions, department meetings, keep current on marketing information and materials, keep current on industry trends, and set and review performance goals weekly, monthly and annually. (20%) Requirements\n- High School Diploma or equivalent is required . - Sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required . Must maintain production standards. - 1 to 3 years of sales and/or marketing experience is preferred, not required . - Proficient in MS Excel, MS Word, general computer skills and smart devices. - Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work in a team environment within a shared space. Nice to Have\n- Experience equivalent to the education requirement may be accepted in lieu of the education requirement.
