Job Summary

Own the CRM rollout, coordinate multi-channel marketing campaigns, and drive the digitization of offline materials while safeguarding consistent branding and measurable activity across audiences.

  • CRM implementation: select, migrate data, and drive usage across teams.
  • Campaign execution: design, launch, and report on programs for diverse customer segments.
  • Brand and content coordination: align messaging and materials across digital and offline channels.

Job Description

  • Responsibilities: Choose and implement a new Customer CRM
  • Responsibilities: Update all existing contact information to ensure it is accurate
  • Responsibilities: Complete the transition from paper files to online files
  • Responsibilities: Create and implement marketing campaigns geared towards various customers
  • Responsibilities: Track and report on marketing activities
  • Responsibilities: Identify, research, and report on competitors
  • Responsibilities: Coordinate content creation for websites and magazine ads
  • Responsibilities: Help organize travel to conferences, product launches and email campaigns
  • Responsibilities: Update and maintain marketing materials
  • Responsibilities: Ensure consistency of messaging and branding across all platforms
  • Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing or a related field
  • Requirements: Previous experience as a Marketing Coordinator or similar position
  • Requirements: Understanding of digital marketing tools and research methods
  • Requirements: Skilled in Microsoft Office Software
  • Requirements: Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • Requirements: Attention to detail and creativity
  • Preferred: Experience working in a Medical Device Field
  • Preferred: Experience with content management systems (CMS)
  • Preferred: Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Adobe Photoshop or Canva)
