Job Summary
Own cross functional support for marketing enablement and client-facing tasks within Pavilion Construction’s project ecosystem, with room to grow across the organization.
- Marketing support services spanning Marketing, BD, and Estimating to back business development.
- Regular client interface to support project managers and service delivery.
- Opportunity to gain broader exposure to the organization and processes.
Job Description
Responsibilities
- work with the Marketing Team, Business Development, and the Estimating Department on business development tasks with a strong emphasis on providing marketing support services
- regularly interface with Pavilion clients

Requirements
- Computer software proficiency; knowledge, skills, and experience with Adobe Creative Suite/Adobe Creative Cloud products (InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator) and the ability to go back and forth and merge content between Adobe and Microsoft software programs
- Customer Relationship Management (CRM) platform experience, primarily Salesforce
- Strong computer software skills with emphasis on Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and Microsoft Teams, WordPress proficiency
- Mindfulness with layout, color, lighting, scale, proportion, etc.
- Collaborator who works to ensure team goals are met or exceeded
- Positive can-do attitude with a desire to strive in a dynamic/constantly changing working environment
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills
Preferred
- A degree in Marketing/Business/Communications or related field is preferred.
- Experience in marketing is a plus
