Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage resident and community events
• Audit and maintain ILS platforms
• Request and coordinate vendor quotes for print materials, signage, and events
• Create, schedule, and manage email campaigns
• Complete website updates for property and corporate sites
• Submit and manage website technical support tickets
• Support acquisitions with branding, website setup, and Entrata configuration
• Assist with social media management and content scheduling
• Provide graphic design support (preferred, but not required)

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in a full-time marketing role
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to manage multiple projects
• Eagerness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
