Responsibilities

• The Marketing Coordinator works directly with the Director of Sales & Marketing to help support resort-wide and departmental initiatives for Pendry Natirar. This position has a focus on public relations and marketing; including but not limited to social media, website and digital marketing.
• Social media duties to include support with social media content planning and cultivation to grow online relationships with key target audiences; and seek new opportunities to integrate social media into our strategic marketing objectives.
• Coordinator also assists with general administrative tasks including, but not limited to: upkeep of multiple websites and third party sites; collateral creation and updates; organization and management of photography library; reputation management; collateral filing/organization; media itinerary development; and making reservations for PR/Marketing VIPs.
• Support with daily management of social media channels
• Reputation management across a variety of platforms
• Perform administrative duties such as website updates, media reservations and itineraries, collateral organization, and upkeep of filing systems.
• Assist Director of Marketing & Communications in scheduling appointments, meetings and other departmental tasks.
• Assist with monthly reporting and auditing of brand image.
• Work closely with operational departments, PR agencies and local partners to stay informed of relevant news and updates to maximize opportunities for exposure.
• Order and maintain office supplies & filing system

Requirements

• Two years’ experience in customer service in a hotel environment.
• Must be able to speak, read, write and understand the primary language(s) used in the workplace.
• Must be able to read and write to facilitate the communication process.
• Requires good communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Ability to communicate customer needs and resolve complaints independently.
• Ability to establish and master goals.
• Ability to identify and assist in the development of accounts.
• Ability to act independently with minimal or no supervision.
• Must possess basic computational ability.
• Must possess computer skills, including, but not limited to, accounting programs, Microsoft Word, Excel and Delphi.

Preferred

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
