Role focuses on leading proposals, marketing content, and campaign planning to support architectural/engineering projects.
Requirements: The successful candidate will have a combination of education and/or experience totaling six years of relevant experience.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline from an accredited college or university AND at least 2 years of relevant experience
Requirements: Associate degree in marketing, business administration, communications, or related discipline from an accredited college or university AND at least 4 years of relevant experience
Requirements: If no degree, the successful candidate must have at least 6 years of relevant experience.
Nice to have: Leading & developing proposals (RFP/RFQs)
Nice to have: Translating technical language into stories and easy-to-digest content
Nice to have: High level of quality in copy editing
Nice to have: Juggling priorities and multiple deadlines
Nice to have: Adobe InDesign; Microsoft PowerPoint, Excel, and Word; and CRM databases
Nice to have: Experience or familiarity with generative AI-driven tools, platforms, or systems (e.g., Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini) to enhance productivity, automate tasks, and reduce errors
Nice to have: Working at an architecture, engineering, or construction (AEC) firm.
