Drive marketing content creation and campaign support for The Marvin Group, leveraging design, video, and WordPress to produce assets and events.

Content creation, graphic design, and production of marketing materials including flyers, posters, social media graphics, presentations, and email templates
Capture and edit photography and video content for business events, product launches, and marketing campaigns. Edit videos and short-form content for marketing collateral, web, and social platforms
Maintain and update company website using WordPress (content, layout, SEO basics)
Assist in coordinating, planning and executing marketing campaigns and events
Coordinate administrative tasks such as scheduling, reporting, CRM, and asset management
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, programs, HR, and external vendors

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business management, or other preferred
2+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or design-related roles
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro)
Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Experience with WordPress
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Experience capturing event content and turning it into compelling marketing assets
