Responsibilities

Campaign & Content Support
Assist with email marketing campaigns
Support local content creation (short-form video, simple photo shoots, social capture)
Repurpose content across channels
Upload and format website content
Coordinate creative asset handoff for campaigns
Outreach Support
Monitor and identify relevant RFP opportunities
Track submission deadlines and requirements
Help gather materials and organize proposal components

Requirements

2–5 years of marketing, communications, or agency experience
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Clear, confident written communication
Comfortable drafting emails and light copy
Ability to capture simple video and photo content
Familiarity with email platforms, social tools, Google Workspace, and project management systems
