Responsibilities

• Interview patients and create authentic, engaging video testimonials
• Design and post content on social platforms (Canva, CapCut, Reels, TikToks, Youtube, Instagram)
• Track results in Google Sheets and help optimize campaigns to bring in new patients
• Assist with events, outreach, and promotions — bringing new ideas to the table
• Stay plugged into trends and adapt them for our audience
• Balance multiple projects while keeping deadlines on track
• Oversee marketing initiatives in and out of office.

Requirements

• Must reliably and consistently commute daily to Millburn, NJ (within 40 minutes required – non-negotiable)
• Energetic, creative, and in touch with current trends (our best fit tends to be 22–35)
• Dependable, honest, consistent — someone who shows up and follows through
• 1–3 years of marketing experience preferred (internships or personal projects considered)
• Proficiency in Canva, CapCut, and Google Sheets is required
• Strong communication, writing, and organizational skills
• Easy to work with, collaborative, and open to feedback
