Job Description
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and help lead proposal efforts from kickoff through final submission
- Write, edit, organize, and format proposal and qualification content
- Develop interview presentations and support teams in preparation and rehearsal
- Create clear, thoughtful visual materials to communicate complex ideas
- Maintain and update resumes, project profiles, and marketing data
- Support business development efforts through research and client-facing materials
- Assist with planning and coordination of conferences, trade shows, and client events
- Participate in internal training efforts related to presentation and pursuit skills
- Collaborate with team members across offices to strengthen pursuit strategy
- Uphold Clark's brand standards while helping materials feel tailored and intentional
