Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate marketing projects, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
  • Assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns across email, digital, social media, and events
  • Support business development efforts through research and generation of leads and prospect profiling of target accounts
  • Assist in outbound programs to targeted accounts for sales growth through effective lead generation campaign activities such as touchpoint e-mail and direct mail campaigns and phone outreach
  • Conduct market trend and competitor research to support strategic marketing and reports
  • Maintain marketing materials such as case studies, presentations, and sales collateral
  • Help create and schedule content (ex: blogs, case studies) for website, email marketing and social media
  • Analyze campaign performance and prepare insights reports
  • Assist in organizing trade shows and industry events including maintaining a calendar for visibility of relevant industry shows and events
  • Help maintain samples in our sample library and with the fulfillment of requests

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
  • Ability to communicate (written and verbal) well with executives, partners, sales teams, and customers
  • Have a positive, ‘can do’ attitude in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities and workload levels
  • High level planning, organizational and communication skills
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office, including MS Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook, and Teams
  • Potential travel to customers’ sites for meetings and presentations or other events as needed
  • Ability to work independently, as well as contribute to a team environment
  • Ability to provide input while still following direction
