Job Description
Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain social media calendars across multiple platforms, ensuring consistent brand voice and optimal posting schedules
- Support the planning and execution of marketing campaigns from conception through launch and analysis
- Create and curate social media content (posts, captions, graphics, video assets) that tell compelling brand stories
- Monitor social media performance, identify trends, and report on engagement metrics
- Collaborate with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaign alignment and brand consistency
- Manage timelines, deadlines, and deliverables with precision and attention to detail
- Research industry trends and competitive activity to inform campaign strategy
Requirements
- Junior or Senior college student (ideally)
- Strong social media expertise with a solid grasp of platform algorithms, best practices, and content strategies
- Marketing fundamentals down—you understand the customer journey, campaign architecture, and how to measure success
- Operations-minded: you love systems, organization, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail
- Comfortable with Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, social media management tools, or similar platforms (or eager to learn)
- Proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and works well in collaborative team environments
- Passion for storytelling and connecting brands with their audiences
