Responsibilities

• Help plan and execute dealership events, trade shows, races, customer appreciation events and community promotions
• Create print and digital advertising for social media, magazines, billboards, websites and other marketing channels
• Create, schedule and maintain content for Facebook, Instagram and other social platforms
• Update dealership website content, promotions and event information
• Photograph dealership activities, inventory, events and sponsored riders for marketing use
• Coordinate with advertising representatives, race promoters, media partners, event venues and website providers
• Help manage sponsorship relationships with riders, racers and community partners
• Submit and organize manufacturer/OEM co-op advertising documentation
• Help develop new ideas for promotions, events and dealership marketing

Requirements

• Experience with marketing, graphic design, social media, events or a related field
• Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage several projects at once
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• An eye for clean, effective advertising and visual content
• Working knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop and/or Illustrator, or similar design software
• Basic proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Willingness to work occasional weekends for dealership and community events
• The ability to work independently and follow projects through to completion

Preferred

• A degree is welcome but not required if you have relevant experience or a strong portfolio.
• Powersports experience is also not required. If you already love motorcycles, ATVs, side-by-sides and racing, that's a plus. If you don't, we're happy to teach the industry to someone who is excited to learn it.
