Job Summary

Own and coordinate marketing communications, events, content, and CRM touchpoints to support brand awareness and lead generation for a California law firm.

Marketing Communications & Materials: Coordinate weekly emails and newsletters, assist with ad copy, brochures, and presentations using Illustrator/Canva.
Events & Webinars: Organize seminars and webinars, arrange speakers, and handle pre/post video production.
CRM & Social: Manage engaged and non-engaged contacts, upload new leads, and support brand/social outreach.

Job Description

Marketing Communication: Coordination and implementation of communication projects such as weekly emails, monthly newsletters and assisting with ad copy content for communications.
Webinars, Campaigns & Events: Organize, schedule, coordinate speakers, and provide technical video support for webinars. Assist with pre/post video production.
In-person events such as seminars or community outreach or local events as appropriate.
Marketing Materials: Create marketing materials such as brochures, newsletters, presentations, emails and other marketing materials as needed by utilizing Adobe Illustrator, Canva or other design software.
Video / YouTube Optimization: Assist with the webinar video pre/ postproduction. Upload content to YouTube with thumbnail image, chapters and optimize content.
Customer Relationship Management (CRM): Manage engaged and non-engaged contacts, upload new contacts, delete / remove opt-out list and utilize system for marketing communications.
Brand Awareness & Social Media Marketing / Advertising: Participate in brand awareness through creating social media posts and other client / general public communications.
