Job Description

Responsibilities

Coordinate internal and external deliverables, enforces timelines and follow-ups, and helps ensure campaigns and content launch on schedule.
Coordinate internal marketing deliverables and deadlines
Manage external partner/vendor deliverables, timelines, and approvals
Build meeting agendas, take notes, track action items, and drive follow-ups
Maintain the master project tracker and provide quick status updates
Coordinate video deliverables: inputs, scheduling, review rounds, final handoff

Requirements

Minimum high school degree required
Prefer at least 1-2 years in a corporate marketing role
Customer service experience.

Preferred

You are willing to fearlessly embrace company culture.
You can work independently with minimal guidance (but aren’t afraid to ask the right questions when you need help!).
You have strong verbal and written communication skills, and can be the face of our company to our clients.
